What ROUTN does
Five things, done properly, rather than fifty features you will never open.
Today
Your morning and evening routine, in order, with the products you actually own. Tick steps off as you do them. It works with no connection and syncs later — and a missed day is treated as a missed day, not a failure.
Products
A virtual bathroom cabinet. Scan a bottle, a label or a whole shelf, or add things by hand. ROUTN suggests what it thinks it saw and you confirm it — nothing is added to your cabinet without you saying yes.
Ingredient lists are only shown as verified when they came from a trustworthy source or you have checked them yourself. If ROUTN cannot read a label properly, it says “ingredient information needs confirmation” rather than inventing one.
Skin check-ins
One clear photo, roughly every two weeks. ROUTN describes seven visible characteristics at four qualitative levels, tells you which part of the face each relates to, and states what the photo could not show.
You choose whether the photo is saved to your timeline or used once and deleted — before you take it.
Hair timeline
Five standardised positions, camera guidance for each, and a side-by-side comparison with a slider. ROUTN checks whether two photos are actually comparable before it says anything about them.
AI Coach
Context-aware, not generic. It reads only the part of your ROUTN your question needs, and it tells you which part it used. It can propose a routine change; you preview the exact before and after and decide.
Progress
Timelines for skin and hair, plus one honest number: how many of your scheduled routine steps you actually completed. That figure comes from your own activity in the app, so it means something.
You will not find a skin score, a hair-density figure, a baldness percentage or a comparison against other people anywhere in ROUTN. Those numbers would look impressive and mean nothing.
